How to reduce mirror reflection?
1.Replace ordinary transparent cover glass with AG anti-glare cover glass. Microscopic atomization treatment on the surface disperses directional mirror reflection and greatly reduces glare. We adopt dual-sided AG process to cut down reflection on both inner and outer sides, preventing screen whitening under strong sunlight.

2.An additional AR anti-reflection coating is applied on the cover glass to reduce light reflection at glass interfaces, raising light transmittance to over 90% and diminishing mirror reflection for much clearer texts and images. Combined with AF anti-fingerprint coating, it prevents fingerprints and oil stains from worsening diffuse reflection.

3.Adopt fine-grain AG material to balance comfortable touch and anti-glare performance, preventing blurry display caused by coarse grain texture.

4.Equipped with edge-lit high-color-gamut LED backlight for superior luminance uniformity. Optimized light guide plate and diffuser eliminate local bright spots and dark areas, delivering consistent visual performance even under strong sunlight.

5.Optimize the installation angle to prevent the screen from facing strong light sources or the sky directly, cutting down direct reflection at the source.

6.Adopt G+G optical full lamination to eliminate the air gap between cover glass and display panel. It reduces multi-interface reflection and ghost images, delivering a remarkable improvement in anti-reflection performance compared with traditional frame bonding.

How to solve the problem of UV aging caused by long-term outdoor sun exposure?
1.Replace standard float glass with high UV-resistant glass, including ultra-clear borosilicate glass and UV-blocking tempered glass. These materials inherently block UV penetration and fundamentally prevent yellowing of the glass substrate. For outdoor applications, regular PET is prohibited; instead, UV-resistant industrial-grade PET and PC sheets are adopted.

2.A transition layer is added between coating films to enhance adhesion to the glass. A weather-resistant top seal coat is applied over the entire surface coating to shield against erosion from UV rays, rainwater and oil stains.

3.Adopt outdoor-grade anti-yellowing optical adhesive blended with UV stabilizers. It resists yellowing, oil precipitation and delamination under long-term sunlight exposure, maintaining the integrity of the full lamination structure.

4.Adopt G+G optical full lamination to eliminate air gaps and reduce accelerated aging caused by repeated UV refraction between layers. The edges are fully sealed with edge sealant to block UV rays from penetrating the interior.

5.The cover glass undergoes chemical tempering and homogenization treatment to enhance molecular stability, slowing down material degradation and discoloration under sunlight.
